Since the beginning of time, the sea has ebbed and flowed over the land, and that timeless harmony is the inspiration behind our cuisine. Fresh vegetables and meats create a fusion of aromas, colors and flavors. Seafood with pastas, dishes combining meats and poultry with seafood, a banquet for the senses, in our open-air dining area.
"El Rincón de los Sabores" was born of an idea nurtured and refined over many years by Fausto Montoya. Montoya's passion for diving took him on adventures around the world, and through these travels he developed his own culinary voice, featuring seafood in and along with international and traditional Mexican dishes.
"Blessed is the sea, for it has allowed man to travel across space and time, taken customs and translated them into our cuisines, and so filled every corner of this Earth with the most pleasing tastes."
The owner personally welcomes and serves guests at the restaurant.
