The hotel is built on the site of a 18th century gold and silver mining hacienda, where the rock extracted from the famous Valenciana and Rayas mines was processed to yield its precious metals. Its old walls and structures, together with the restored parts which make up the hotel, make for a decidedly colonial atmosphere, an attractive and romantic place evocative of centuries past. A unique hotel, Hacienda de Cobos is perfect for couples on a romantic getaway, and tourists of all kinds.
We have 36 guestrooms and one bungalow, with televisions and phones. There is a pool, a restaurant-bar, a sauna, a playground for the kids, and private parking. Services include laundry, taxis, and guided tours.
